Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms govern access to and use of techieslab.app and the pages, research, materials and forms made available through it. By using the Website, you agree to them.

The Website is operated by Techies Lab ("Techies Lab," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology and marketing studio working with product teams internationally.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1 · Website scope

The Website introduces the consultancy, tooling, execution, research, and related capabilities of Techies Lab. Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes.

These Terms govern use of the Website only. Any client engagement, paid service, deliverable, software access, subscription, or project is governed by the proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, licence, or other agreement accepted for that engagement. If an engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

Products operated on separate websites, including AntiBot, may have their own terms and policies. Those product-specific terms govern use of the relevant product.

2 · Eligibility and authority

You may use the Website only if you can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the Website for a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to act for that organisation and that references to "you" include the organisation where appropriate.

The Website is intended primarily for business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children.

3 · No engagement is created by Website use

Visiting the Website, sending a brief, booking a call, or exchanging preliminary messages does not by itself:

  • Create a client, agency, partnership, fiduciary, employment, or joint-venture relationship;
  • Require Techies Lab to accept an engagement;
  • Create an obligation to keep submitted information confidential unless a separate confidentiality obligation already applies;
  • Constitute an offer capable of acceptance; or
  • Guarantee availability, timing, pricing, deliverables, or results.

An engagement begins only when the relevant parties accept a separate written agreement or otherwise expressly confirm the engagement.

4 · Project briefs and information you submit

You remain responsible for information you submit through the Website. You represent that:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have the right and authority to provide it;
  • Providing it does not violate the confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property, or contractual rights of another person; and
  • It does not contain unlawful, malicious, or harmful material.

Do not submit passwords, credentials, private keys, payment-card details, government identifiers, regulated personal data, source code, unreleased financial information, or other highly sensitive information through a general Website form.

If you need to discuss confidential material, first ask us to establish an appropriate communication channel or confidentiality arrangement. We may use information submitted through the Website to evaluate and respond to the enquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.

5 · Research, playbooks, and AI-related content

Market playbooks, articles, examples, diagrams, statistics, benchmarks, and other research content reflect the sources, observations, methodology, and date stated in the relevant material. Markets, products, campaigns, pricing, platform rules, and public information can change quickly.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Research is based on publicly available or authorised information;
  • Company-reported figures are not independently verified merely because they are cited;
  • Examples are illustrative and may be simplified;
  • AI-assisted analysis or production may be reviewed and edited by people but can still contain errors; and
  • Content is not legal, financial, investment, tax, security, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

Companies analysed in a market playbook are not clients of Techies Lab unless the page says so, and they have not reviewed or endorsed the analysis. You are responsible for conducting your own review before making a business decision. Past results, examples, or observed outcomes do not guarantee future performance.

6 · Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, visual systems, logos, research structure, design, software, and compilations — are owned by Techies Lab or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Techies Lab grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for your internal evaluation and legitimate business information purposes.

Unless Techies Lab gives prior written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit a substantial part of the Website;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or rights notices;
  • Present Techies Lab content as your own research or work;
  • Use automated means to extract the Website at a volume that burdens the Website or creates a competing dataset or service;
  • Use Website content to train or evaluate a commercial machine-learning model where that use requires permission; or
  • Use Techies Lab names, marks, or logos in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.

You may quote a limited portion of publicly available Website content for commentary or reference where permitted by law, provided you give clear attribution and a link to the source.

7 · Feedback

If you voluntarily provide general feedback or suggestions about the Website or the services of Techies Lab, you grant Techies Lab permission to use that feedback without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you or disclose your confidential information without permission.

This section does not transfer ownership of your project brief, company materials, or intellectual property supplied for a potential or existing engagement.

8 · Acceptable use

You must not use the Website to:

  • Violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
  • Submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or malicious material;
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or unauthorised automated requests;
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or obtain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • Probe, scan, or test the Website except under the published security-reporting instructions on our Security page or prior written authorisation;
  • Disrupt or degrade the Website or its infrastructure;
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
  • Harvest personal information or contact details; or
  • Use the Website to build, market, or operate a deceptive or unlawful service.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Website, users, clients, systems, or legal rights.

9 · Third-party links and services

The Website may link to third-party websites, platforms, sources, products, scheduling tools, or social networks. A link does not mean Techies Lab controls or endorses the third party. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and you use them at your own discretion.

10 · Website availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Website feature or content. We do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or error-free. We may correct errors or update content without notice.

11 · Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided "as is" and "as available." Techies Lab disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage.

Techies Lab does not warrant that:

  • Website content is complete, current, or suitable for your specific situation;
  • Any observed market pattern will produce a particular result;
  • The Website will be uninterrupted or free from vulnerabilities; or
  • Third-party sources, links, or services will remain available or accurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techies Lab and its directors, team members, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or connected with Website use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Techies Lab arising from or connected with the Website will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid specifically to use the Website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD 100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they do not replace a liability provision in a separately signed client agreement.

13 · Indemnity for business misuse

If you use the Website for business purposes, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify Techies Lab against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of another person through content you submit.

This section does not require you to indemnify Techies Lab for the fraud or wilful misconduct of Techies Lab, or for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 · Governing law and disputes

These Terms and disputes relating to the Website are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Techies Lab is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Techies Lab will confirm the applicable jurisdiction on request, and the governing law of a client engagement is set out in the agreement for that engagement.

Before filing a formal claim, each party should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue by written notice. Send notices to yolo@techieslab.app with the subject Legal Notice.

15 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our practices, or applicable requirements. The date at the top shows the most recent update. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16 · General provisions

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale of relevant assets.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Security page, and any notices specifically referenced here, form the entire agreement concerning use of the Website. They do not replace a separate client or product agreement.
